Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communication Manager to join our team. The Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and communicating key messages to target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, creative thinking, and excellent leadership skills.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our real estate developments, construction projects, and services to target audiences.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital
    content, to showcase our properties and projects and attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website development, search engine optimization
    (SEO), social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising, to increase brand
    awareness and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent brand
    messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and
    competitive insights, informing marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, such as property launches, open houses, and industry
    conferences, to engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure
    press coverage, media placements, and editorial opportunities for our projects and
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media
    engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and
    optimize marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and report on return on investment
    (ROI) for marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and communication team, including
    marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure projects are completed
    on time and within budget.


  • Increase in brand awareness and visibility, measured by website traffic, social media followers, and media mentions.
  • Growth in lead generation and conversion rates through marketing channels, including website inquiries, email sign-ups, and event registrations.
  • Improvement in customer engagement metrics, such as social media engagement, email open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Success of marketing campaigns and promotions, assessed by ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Quality of marketing collateral and content, evaluated by audience engagement, feedback, and brand consistency.
  • Effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, measured by SEO rankings, website conversion rates, and online advertising performance.
  • Client and stakeholder satisfaction ratings based on feedback and perception of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Leadership and team performance, demonstrated by project management, teamwork, and achievement of departmental goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives and solutions.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of marketing and communication.
