Purpose of Position:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Strategist to join our real estate and construction firm. The Digital Strategist will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving results in the real estate and construction industry.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate developments, construction projects, and services across various digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and
    competitive insights to inform digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display
    ads, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns, to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of content marketing strategies, including website
    content, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to engage and educate target
    audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align digital
    marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-
    through rates, and cost per acquisition, to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, to analyze data,
    generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
    to recommend innovative strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • 20 percentage of monthly increase in website traffic and user engagement metrics. Decrease bounce rate by 10%, increase average time on site by 15%, and raise pages per session.
  • Growth in lead generation and conversion rates through digital channels, including increased website inquiries by 25% and form submissions by 15%, and phone calls.
  • Improvement in organic search rankings and visibility for key real estate and construction-
    related keywords.
  • Decrease in cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expansion of brand reach and audience engagement on social media platforms, measured by increased followers by 20%, likes by 15% and boost comments and shares by 10%.
  • Enhancement of brand awareness and recognition through online mentions, press coverage,
    and digital PR efforts.
  • Increase in customer retention and loyalty through targeted email marketing campaigns and
    personalized communications.
  • Alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and contribution to
    revenue growth and profitability. Achieve a 15% increase in attributed revenue from digital
    channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
